Fleuret raises €4M to build Europe's AI pentester.
Careers · Paris, hybrid

Help us find, prove and fix what attackers would.

We build Émile, the AI that pentests your applications, and Hortense, the brain that tells you what to test next. Small team, Paris, hiring engineers and business roles.

What you'll work on

Émile · Find. Prove. Fix.

The pentester that proves every finding.

Every finding ships with a working, replayable exploit. If it cannot be reproduced, it is not in the report. Each one lands as a ticket with an owner and a remediation, and a fix can be re-tested whenever the team wants.

Hortense · the brain

Know what to test next, and when.

Hortense maps the estate from domain to database, crosses what changed in the code with what is exposed on the internet and what past pentests found. She advises, the customer's team decides what runs.

In a business role, you sell both, to the CISOs and CTOs who have to prove their applications hold.

Roles

Updated

We hire on what you've built, not on years.

We're building a bench for the roles below: we hire when the next contract signs. Apply now and we'll talk while there is time, so we're ready on the day it does.

Engineering

AI Engineer

Building a bench

Extend Émile's agent roster, its memory on long runs, and how a run knows it is done.

What helps: applied ML in production, agent loops you built yourself, deep Python, systems shipped on top of foundation models.

Apply (AI Engineer) →

Offensive Security Engineer

Building a bench

Own the payload library and the human review of what the agents find.

What helps: real pentest or offensive work, OSCP or equivalent (we don't gate on certs), and wanting to write the agent's logic, not only use it. PASSI helpful, not required.

Apply (Offensive Security Engineer) →

Founding Engineer

Building a bench

Pick your wedge: infrastructure, Hortense, the benchmark harness or the agent stack itself.

What helps: production systems you shipped end to end. You would join the founding team.

Apply (Founding Engineer) →

Business

Account Executive

Building a bench

Take Émile and Hortense to CISOs and CTOs at European software companies, from first call to signed contract.

What helps: B2B software you have sold, ideally security or infrastructure, in French and English.

How we work

Hungry

Engineer
Ships a first working version this week, then makes it good.
Seller
Books the meeting nobody else asked for, and follows up until there is an answer.

Problem solver

Engineer
Fixes the cause, not the symptom, and leaves a test so it stays fixed.
Seller
Finds what blocks the deal and removes it, instead of waiting for the next call.

Humble

Engineer
Writes "I was wrong" in the review thread, then changes the code.
Seller
Reports the lost deal and why it was lost, so the whole team learns from it.

Don't apply if

  • You need to work fully remote. We work together in Paris part of the week.
  • You want to research or train foundation models. We build on top of them.
  • You want a big-company ladder. Here, your scope is whatever you take on.

How we hire

  1. R1

A short call with Yanis, our CEO: fit, motivation and salary.

  2. R2

A longer conversation with Augustin and the team: architecture for engineers, the market for business roles.

  3. R3

Live coding for engineers, a case on the role for business roles.

  4. R4

Half a day at the office: real work, then lunch with the team.

Not on the list?

If this sounds like you, write anyway. Spontaneous applications are welcome.
